REXON Insulating Oil Bipolar Vacuum Regeneration Purifier for Substation 9000 LPH, can remove the water, gas and impurities in insulation oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make the oil limiting voltage-withstand value much higher and make sure the electric device running safely. The machine is mainly used for electric power departments and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. It also can be used for filtration of more than 110KV substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, as the bridge-type vacuum linking system, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85KV. It is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipments.

Insulating Oil Bipolar Vacuum Regeneration Purifier for Substation 9000 LPH, Comparing with the single-stage vacuum oil purifier, series ZYD adds ROOTS vacuum system, second stage of separating system to improve the effect of purification which dewaters, degases and removes impurities more quickly, more completely and make the oils limiting voltage-withstand value much higher. This machine also can remove free, soluble water, carbon, free and dissolved gases and particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and rapidly. As the bridge-type vacuum linking system that can filter and be an independent vacuum power supply, this machine can be vacuum treating the electric insulating devices. Series ZYD utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating technology and refined purification technology.

The function of our series ZYD Transformer Oil Purification Machine is specially used to efficiently and quickly filter and purify the new or old transformer oil by removing all kinds of pollutants like water, dissolved moisture, air, gases, particles, and etc. from the transformer oil, so to guarantee the transformer oil's cleanliness degree, and make sure the oil can meet the standards for transformers use, and to guarantee the transformer's running safety and efficiency.
This ZYD oil purifier machine can completely remove all kinds of impurities, iron filings, dust, fine particles, visible water and trace water, and harmful gases for the used transformer oils and new transformer oils.
*Its working principle is to vacuum dehydrate and degas the transformer oil while heating the oil to be about 55~65ºC, which is allowed and has no harmful effect on oil. It simulates the environment of boiling water on a high-altitude mountaintop.
In an atmospheric pressure environment, we need to heat the water to 100ºC to boil water, while at high altitudes, we only need to heat the water to about 70~80 degrees. Therefore, The ZYD oil purification system will provide a super high vacuum environment (high negative pressure) for the transformer oil, and then heat the oil only to 55~60ºC, the visible water, trace water, and gases in the transformer oil will be totally evaporated. After the treatment, the moisture content in the oil can reach less than 3~5PPM (3~5 parts per million).
*At the same time, the machine adopts a three-stage impurity filtration system to remove large, medium, and small particle impurities in the oil. After filtering through the three-stage filter elements, the particle contaminants in the oil can reach an accuracy of 1 microns.
*In addition, the machine is equipped with advanced PLC automatic control technology and various monitoring devices, constant temperature heating control system, and doub le stages high-capacity vacuum pumps, which can greatly improve the working efficiency of the equipment and fully guarantee the safety of users using the machine.
Regularly filter and purify the transformer oil and insulating oil, the life of the oil will be greatly extended, their life will be greatly extended, and no replacement will be required for many years. At the same time, it ensures the safe use of transformers and insulating equipments and greatly extends their service life.
Working process:
1. Oil Intake and Pre-Treatment
Oil enters the system: The inlet draws Contaminated oil into the purifier.
Preheating system: The oil passes through a heating system, typically using electric heating, to increase the temperature (usually between 55-65°C). This reduces viscosity and enhances the purification efficiency.
First-stage filtration (coarse filtration): The preheated oil passes through a coarse filter, which removes larger solid impurities, preventing damage to subsequent components.
2. Vacuum Separation System (Dehydration and Degassing)
Vacuum chamber function: The oil enters a vacuum chamber, where it forms an oil film or mist under negative pressure. This increases the contact area with the vacuum environment, accelerating the evaporation of water and gas.
Moisture and gas removal:
Low-temperature vacuum evaporation: Under vacuum conditions, moisture and dissolved gases evaporate at lower temperatures and are extracted by the vacuum pump.
Condensation and discharge: The separated water vapor is condensed and discharged, while the purified oil moves to the next stage.
3. Three-Stage Filtration System
Second-stage filtration (medium filtration): The oil passes through a finer filter that removes smaller particles and impurities.
Third-stage filtration (fine filtration): The final filtration stage removes ultra-fine particles, ensuring the oil meets cleanliness standards
4. Purified Oil Output
After passing through the three-stage filtration, the purified oil is delivered back to the equipment or storage tank by the outlet pump, ensuring the oil's cleanliness, moisture content, and gas content meet operational requirements. This extends equipment service life and improves operational efficiency.
5. System Monitoring and Protection
The entire system is equipped with pressure gauges, temperature controllers, vacuum monitors, and other devices to monitor the operating status in real-time. If any abnormalities occur (such as filter blockage, overheating, or insufficient vacuum), the system will automatically alarm or shut down to ensure safe operation.
