PLC Fully Automatic Vacuum Oil Purifier for Contaminated Lube Oil Purification

REXON Series TYA vacuum lubricating oil purifier is used for purifying any industrial lube oils. The machine takes vacuum dehydration system (remove emulsified water) and 3 stages filters to remove out the impurities, and another coalescing-separation filter (remove large quantity of water fast) together to remove all contaminants from the used oil completely and purify oil, clean oil. After treatment, the final oil's parameter and quality will be improved and comes out very closely to new oil's standard.

Our TYA vacuum oil purifier takes vacuum dehydration system (remove emulsified water, moisture completely) and 3 stages filters, and another coalescing-separation filter (remove large quantity of water/moisture) together. It can remove out the impurities, tiny particles and water/moisture, gas/air all contaminants from the used oil completely to purify oil and clean oil. After the treatment, the final oil's parameter and quality comes out very closely to new lube oil's standard. And it can be used again directly back to the engine systems/lubricating systems with good oil features.

And under a regular oil purification and cleaning processing treatment for your oil by our oil purifier machine, the oil will be always kept in a good condition without such water, particles contaminants. Oil's service time can be prolonged a lot to it's original lifetime, you don't need to buy new oil and replace used oil often, and save new oil cost a lot. And at the same time, good lube oil can guarantee the lubricating systems/machinery working normally and also prolong their lifetime, so you don't need to worry any problems may happen caused by unqualified oil.

Main Functions:
I. Remove moisture
The hydraulic oil vacuum filter can effectively remove free water, emulsified water, and dissolved water in the oil through vacuum dehydration technology, preventing moisture from corroding and affecting hydraulic systems and equipment.
II. Remove impurities
The equipment has a built-in multi-stage filtration system, which can effectively filter out solid particle impurities in the oil, prevent hydraulic oil from contaminating equipment components, and extend the service life of the equipment.
III. Remove gas
The vacuum separation device can remove dissolved gas (such as air, carbon dioxide, etc.) in the oil, improve the lubrication performance of the oil, and reduce the risk of cavitation in the system.
V. Improve oil performance
Reduce acidic substances and oxides in the oil, improve the antioxidant capacity and service life of the oil, thereby maintaining the stability of the hydraulic system.
VI. Remove emulsification
For contaminated hydraulic oil, the vacuum filter can eliminate emulsification and restore the oil to clarity and transparency.
VII. Cost saving
The purified oil can be reused, reducing the amount of waste oil to be processed and the cost of purchasing new oil.
