Rexon Dust Proof Type Double Stage High Vacuum Dielectric Oil Processing Plant 3000Liters/Hour, Transformer Substation Used Transformer Oil Recycling Plant 9000LPH is a combination of a high vacuum oil dehydrating and degassing system, a powerful filtering system, and an oil regeneration system.

It is especially used for purifying and regenerating used transformer oil with acidity, impurities, moisture, air and bad color. This oil regeneration purifier takes silica gel regeneration filters to regenerate used transformer oil to be new and pure color. It can remove acidity and free carbons completely from old oil, and eliminate moisture and gas from oil thoroughly. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials. This machine is specially applied to vacuum filling oil and drying for power transmission equipments that are over 110KV.
