Product Description

REXON RCF Series Centrifugal Oil Purification System is specially designed for the purification of heavily contaminated industrial oils, including heavy diesel oil, marine fuel oil, lubricating oil, engine oil, gear oil, and other industrial lubricants.

The system combines high-speed centrifugal separation technology with a multi-stage precision filtration system, enabling the efficient removal of water, sludge, carbon deposits, metal particles, and other solid contaminants from dirty oils. It is particularly suitable for oils containing high levels of impurities and moisture.

The centrifugal separator generates a strong centrifugal force to continuously separate water and solid contaminants from the oil. Meanwhile, the automatic sludge discharge system allows accumulated sludge and impurities to be discharged online without interrupting operation, ensuring high processing efficiency and reducing maintenance requirements.

Advantages:
REXON Heavy Diesel Oil Process System | Centrifugal Diesel Oil Separator can be equipped with automatic slagging device, which can solve manual slagging troubles, automatic and high efficient. And the plant is using the "gradual density" filtration technology, the maximum filtration accuracy reaches to 0.5μm, β ≥ 1000, solid particle retention rate is up to 99.99%. Normally the primary filter's filtering accuracy is 5μm, secondary filter is 3μm, fine filter is 1μm.

Note: If the user has very high requirement on oil's moisture content and need to remove dissolved water completely, we recommend to use our another vacuum oil dehydration machine series TYA to make a deep oil dehydration and oil filtration after the treatment by series RCF equipment. TYA can quickly remove water from the oil high efficiently and eventually reduce the total water content to 15-30 PPM or less.
