Application:

The Rexon Oil Purification System (Series ZYD) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers even when transformer power above 110KV and altitude over 500 meters, as well as purify mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. ZYD can bypass or clean the oil separately as required.

Functions

1. Remove trace moisture from oil. The overall water content of the treated oil can be below 3 PPM.
2. Remove gas from oil. The gas content limit of the treated oil can be below 1%.
3. Remove solid particles from oil. Control oil cleanliness, can reach NAS level 5 or higher.
4. On-site oil treatment of transformers and vacuum drying of electrical equipment.
5. On-site hot oil circulation drying of transformers.
6. After the oil is processed, the purifier can be used for vacuum oiling of 20-60 m³transformers.
