REXON 6.8 Pa Working Vacuum Degree of Transfomer Oil Filtering Equipment is a machine for power plant and substation that specializes in the vacuum filtration of transformer oil. The machine can go out of the water, gas, impurities and other pollutants in the transformer oil, so that the oil can reach the qualified index and can be used in the transformer. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. The ZYD system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.

Technical Features:
1.      Based on the high efficient vacuum oil filter, Roots vacuum booster system and secondary high vacuum separation system are added, which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤5Pa.
2.      Being able to remove water and gas fast and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status, which achieves satisfactory dryness and could bring the breakdown voltage up to 70KW, resulting in an enhanced one-time filtration effect which reduces the oil aging problem existing with ordinary purifiers as caused by repeated heating.
3.      Being able to remove the minimal amount of water and various gases in oil, thus ensuring zero acetylene existence. The Purifier can also serve as vacuum oil filler and dryer for transformer.
4.      The advanced infrared level automatic control system, interlocking control for pressure protection and power heating system ensures long-term safe and reliable operation.

To be used for treatment to new oil, imported oil and super HV transformer oil, particularly applicable to 110KV power distribution system and the national grid, shortening the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer.


Product Introduction:  
Our vacuum transformer oil filter is developed on the characteristics of oil for electricity, especially for special high-voltage transformer above 110kv facilities. We developed the most advanced and the best special insulating oil treatment equipment successfully. Oil purification standard reaches Q/GDW122-2005. After several improvements, the device has reached domestic leading level and international similar products in the same performance parameters, with a high price-performance ratio.

This oil filter machine is a combination of the international advanced film theory and atomized oil treatment technology, with a highly efficient degassing dehydration and breaking emulsification effect. Oil in this system is fully thin-film (Oil exposed area are fully expanded), and oil is increased the "journey", so that water or gas in oil is vaporized for sufficient time to reach the best effect of dehydration degassing.

The device uses electronic anti-foaming devices and high efficiency of the needle breaking foam technology to eliminate foam (patented technology) and make no "injection" phenomenon during operation.

Adopting the "Y-type" gear pump, guide wheel technology (patented technology) and VFD driving technology, we solved oil-drain problems in high-vacuum and noise problems.


REXON 6.8 Pa Working Vacuum Degree of Transfomer Oil Filtering Equipment is especially for purifying the insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipments that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over 500-1000 meters. It can deal with contaminted transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil and so on. It can remove the free and dissolved water, gas and particles from oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make sure the electric device running safely. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85KV. It is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipments.

6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming elimination system to ensure machine operating easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline of transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers which are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, high reliable and long time running.
11. Can be installed by PLC programming control system to achieve machine working fully automatically.
