Portable Transformer Oil Purifier Small Oil Purifier Easy Operation

This oil purifier is applied by the power station and mine to treat various of unqualified or used insulation oils including new transformer oil, aging transformer oil specially for the power below 110kV, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, and so on. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line and dry the transformer.

This type of machine can degas, dewater, removing the impurities of insulating oil quickly and effectively. It improves the value of voltage value, and makes sure electrical equipment work safely. It also can vacuum oiling transformers and drying for power transmission equipments which are below110KV.

Main Features

1. With high vacuum pump. Vacuum degree can up to -0.098 Mpa. 
2. 3D flashing by vacuum, it can eliminate the liquid water quickly. And Use UK micro technology to remove the trace water and other dissolved water. The final oil water content can be <= 5ppm, gas content can be < 0.1% 
3. With Z type heater design, and the face of the heater is smooth, it can heating uniformity, avoid extra gas 
4. Three stages filters, it combines double FH trapezoidal network and high polymer material absorption technology, the particle's precision can up to 5μ 
5. We use fluoric cushion not normal cushion, and double welding of the machine, with great sealing performance, can avoid extra gas and have longer life 
6. With automatically oil level control device

Working principle
1. When we turn on the machine, start to purify the oil, the oil will come into the primary filter 

first by the vacuum negative pressure. To purify the bigger particles, normally 80μ

2. After that oil will flow into the heater, then into the vacuum tank to dehydration and 
degassing by the vacuum

3.Then the oil flow through the second filter, normally 50μ 

4. Then the oil will flow into the fine filter, normally 5μ 

5. Oil comes out or keep the loop working
